Registration Ts&Cs

The ICANN Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy covers the domains we register for our customers.  Some Registries may have additional requirements

In particular UK registrations are covered by the Nominet Terms and Conditions which govern the delegation of your domain from the UK registry.

These Ts&Cs make it clear that the registrant must be identifiable to, and contactable by the relevant registry.

When your domain is due for renewal we will send you an email or a  pro-forma invoice, usually about 14 days before it expires.  If you tell us you want to renew, we will send you an invoice, and when that or the pro-forma invoice is payed we will process the renewal, renewals may be made for between 1 and 10 years.  If you do not tell us you want to renew, on the day after renewal day our system automatically withdraws DNS from the domain, which causes the associated website and email for that domain to stop working.

Our service includes registering your domain(s), providing web space on a shared  Linux based server, e-mail hosting, with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protection against your domain being used to send SPAM, and incoming SPAM protection using ASSP software.

Our usual rate for this service is £50/year, but for .SE and .NU domains the rate is £70/year  We can offer discounts for renewals in excess of 2 years duration.

If you wish to transfer your domain to another ISP, we will help you do this without charge.
